1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 866ph ("866ph", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://866ph.cam.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered account you create on 866ph using your Philippine mobile number and password.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds, credited bonuses, and net winnings held in your 866ph Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by 866ph.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process 866ph conducts using a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you into your Account via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other supported payment method.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount you must bet before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on 866ph at any time. Creating or using multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate Accounts will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances held therein, at 866ph's sole discretion.

3.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. 866ph may request additional documentation to verify your identity at any time. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

3.5 KYC Verification

To unlock full platform functionality — including withdrawals — you must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photo of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., UMID, passport, driver's licence, PhilSys national ID). 866ph's compliance team reviews KYC submissions promptly. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

4. Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 866ph login credentials — your mobile number and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. 866ph will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat or email. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility, unless you have promptly notified 866ph of an unauthorised access incident.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure

866ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated Balance, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• You are found to be under 21 years of age;
• You hold or have held multiple Accounts on 866ph;
• You engage in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful conduct;
• You are self-excluded from gaming platforms under a PAGCOR-mandated self-exclusion order;
• 866ph is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 866ph will notify you by SMS prior to applying any inactivity fee. Applicable inactivity fees and procedures are disclosed in the 866ph FAQ. You may reactivate an inactive Account by logging in and completing any required reverification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

866ph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank Online. All transactions are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 866ph does not accept transactions in foreign currencies.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the e-wallet provider. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited within standard Philippine banking processing times. 866ph does not impose fees on incoming deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside 866ph's control and are your responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified Accounts are processed same-day, with GCash cashouts typically completing within one (1) hour of approval. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified Accounts will be held pending KYC completion. 866ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds under PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically process within one (1) to three (3) Philippine banking business days.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Current minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts for each supported payment method are displayed in the 866ph cashier. 866ph may update these thresholds from time to time. Maximum transaction limits may apply to individual payment methods or to accounts that have not completed advanced verification steps.

5.5 Funds Security

Player funds deposited with 866ph are held in accounts segregated from 866ph's operating funds in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. This segregation is designed to protect player balances in the event of insolvency, subject always to the applicable provisions of Philippine law.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by 866ph are subject to the general terms set out in this Section 6 and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the total of your Bonus Funds multiplied by the applicable wagering multiplier before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

866ph strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a single promotion; exploiting errors in promotional mechanics; placing qualifying bets on excluded outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements artificially; or coordinating with other players to generate fraudulent qualifying activity. 866ph reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

866ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any obligations arising under promotions already accepted by players at the time of modification.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on 866ph is governed by its own specific game rules, which are displayed within the game interface or its associated help section. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. 866ph is not liable for losses arising from a failure to understand applicable game rules.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or manifest mistake that affects the outcome or payout of any game or bet on 866ph, 866ph reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes. A manifest error includes, without limitation, an incorrectly displayed payout ratio, a technical fault that interrupts game delivery, or a pricing error on sports betting markets. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this principle applies across all 866ph gaming products.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 866ph, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other Philippine and international events, are governed by the 866ph Sports Betting Rules available within the sports section of the platform. 866ph reserves the right to void or amend odds in cases of obvious pricing errors, early market settlement triggers, or where the integrity of a sporting event is compromised.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 866ph and may result in Account suspension, Balance forfeiture, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any mechanical or electronic aids to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games, to manipulate outcomes;
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events offered on 866ph;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that may constitute a money laundering offence under Philippine law;
• Accessing 866ph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful under local legislation;

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with 866ph's software or systems.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 866ph platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, icons, text, user interface designs, and the 866ph brand name and logo — is the intellectual property of 866ph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 866ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 866ph content without prior written consent from 866ph.

10. Privacy & Data

866ph collects and processes personal data in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and the delivery of gaming services. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by the 866ph Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering on 866ph, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

866ph implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the 866ph platform. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be disclosed to regulatory authorities — including PAGCOR — where required by Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 Player Protection Tools

866ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount for a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a pre-set playing time;
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from all 866ph gaming activity for a defined cooling-off period or permanently.

11.2 Self-Exclusion

If you choose to self-exclude from 866ph, your Account will be suspended for the duration you select — from a minimum of 72 hours to a permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in to 866ph or receive promotional communications. 866ph will use reasonable endeavours to enforce self-exclusion across its platform; however, you remain responsible for not attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions.

If 866ph has reason to believe that a registered player may be under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended pending verification, and any deposits received will be returned upon confirmation of the player's age.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability

866ph will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the platform. However, 866ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 866ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside 866ph's reasonable control.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 866ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including — without limitation — loss of anticipated gaming profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if 866ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer under Philippine law, 866ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you into your 866ph Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Amendments to These Terms

866ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by SMS to the mobile number registered to your Account, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 866ph platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using 866ph and may request withdrawal of your remaining Account Balance before the revised Terms take effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the applicable provisions of PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of 866ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Regulatory Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding 866ph that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable player complaint procedures. 14.3 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about 866ph's services, products, or decisions, please contact the 866ph customer support team via live chat. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) Philippine business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints process, you may then escalate to PAGCOR.
